Discuss a lawyer’s contract with a remote client/co-worker

The fastest way to decide a contract’s detail is working it over together with your client. With TalkAndWrite you can do it from your PC as if you were side by side. Skype will provide the voice channel.

Both of you will be able to point, write and even sign a contract in real time.

As a professional user you will need the PRO version. It costs less than one hour trip and your client can use the freeware BASIC version.

How to discuss a contract with a remote client/co-worker:

Ask your client to download and install TalkAndWrite BASIC version and Skype.
Invite your client to work on a document: click on Start button and select his/her Skype Name.
After your client accepts your invitation, you can work on the contract (File => Open => select the file)*.
Your current page will be transferred to him/her, and you can start working on it as if you were side by side

(*) Another way to open it => Open your document with its associated software (example: a *.doc file on Word) and print it using the TalkAndWrite printer (File => Print and select TalkAndWrite Printer). Your document will appear as a TalkAndWrite background. You can change the printer Setup if necessary.

Hint 1 . Before starting the meeting, you can open the contract and work on it. When you start the meeting this file will be sent to your client.

Hint 2. Since you are using the PRO version, you can have unlimited time to discuss a contract with your client, even if he/she has the BASIC version.

Hint 3. For large files, it is faster if you open the document in TalkAndWrite, save it as a TalkAndWrite background (File => Save Background) and send it to your client by file transfer or e-mail before starting the meeting.

Hint 4. If you have a TalkAndWrite PRO version you can save your document on TalkAndWrite or print it.

Hint 5. It is not necessary to have a MousePen* to use TalkAndWrite, however with it you will be able to handwrite easily as you were writing on a sheet of paper.

Hint 6. The BASIC version is for non-business purpose and has limited session time (10 minutes).
